Let me start with what I have. It’s a 02 Silverado ext 4 door. My question is referring to the plastic that runs under the wipers that you can see between the hood and the glass was black and is now turning like a bluish color. Any idea as to how to get it back to black with out replacing or painting it? Or are those my only option and if so what would you recommend?

They make a plastic paint. Black. It's probably the way I would go.

There is a product called back to black that's made to recolor the plastic while on the truck. Just rub it on and it'll shine it right up. I used to use it all the time when I detailed cars and can be found at most parts stores (I found it online for reference).

lowrollin beat me to it. Never used it but I've seen it at Walmart, and its made by Mothers, who makes some good products. It was like $4.somethin a bottle. BACK TO BLACK
