rust never sleeps
i finally got my 87 into the garage today. what a process that was. for some reason the truck absolutly refused to run. so we pushed her in with the tractor.after gettin it in the garage i started the tear down to get it ready for paint in the spring. the front fenders were in worse shape than i thought. i pulled both front fenders today before dark. next project is to tear down the rest of the front end. the plan is to clean up the rusted parts, paint under the hood , the firewall and inner fenders satin black and throw in a lowering kit whill its all apart. ill keep updating this thread as i go. heres what i got so far. the inner fenders were in pretty bad shape as you can see

Re: rust never sleeps
is it just me or are they damaged? nice looking truck, but somethimes flashy paint cant hide rust, hence why i like buying cars with original paint.
