Nice bench that fits?
My 64 has big cushy 80's Chrysler 5th avenue buckets in it right now, and although nice to sit in, they are a bit tight on the wheel and not that attractive. I've always been partial to a bench in a truck, so my question is what bench seats fit well in these trucks?

The fit is real nice and a couple of the bolt holes even lined up with the originals in the floor. Greg

Re: Nice bench that fits?
I think the 99 and up GM truck seats are one of the best fits. And they have a flip down console and seat belts are built in to the seats. Heres a pic, not my truck, it belongs to another member.

Re: Nice bench that fits?
I love the way that the stock benches fit. It looks like they were made to fit the cab. All the bolts line up as a bonus. Now if I could find someone that has one collecting dust cause they went with a newer seat. I'm not sure where the bench in my truck came from, its too low and too narrow. The beauty of the these old trucks, and the people who have them, is all the different ways things can be done.

Don't know if they come in black or not for sure, but I'd be willing to bet that they do. You could probably even find it in leather, if your in to that. I personally think its hard to beat clothe as far as comfort goes.

Re: Nice bench that fits?
I have never seen a stocker in any easily rebuildable shape around here, so that option is pretty much eliminated. 88-98 mid-level benches are plentiful, as are 99+. Did they make a lower level seat than the one that kissingbug1978 shows? That looks nice, but is WAY too modern looking for what I'm doing to mine...
PreRunnerRob, I am definitely digging the silver metalflake naugahyde.
