Yes-it was a lot of work. I worked 5 hrs a day for over 2 yrs. It was just too much. I had to walk away from it for 7 - 8 mos. just to get my head straight again.

I just started to work on it again. Pics. to follow.

As already mentioned, you have a nice project going. I sure would like to see more progress pictures as it gets further along. Keep up the good work!

It was a lot of work...too much. I made so many mods that the normal 1 yr project is turning into a 2 1/2 yr project. I really enjoy the body work & suspension work, but get bogged dn at the details at the end.

The alignment of the GMC hood that I converted from a Chevy hood, A homemade core support & fiberglass fenders that were 2nds has turned out to be challenging.

Glad to see that your still hangin in there. With so much modification and fab work, there can be lots of challenges. Those two wooden crates that are at the front of your truck, are they still holding up your fenders, or have you got the fenders in their final resting place? Just curious about the alignment and stance. I see a pair of chrome pullies peeking out from the engine compartment. Got any plans yet of A/C and accessory brackerty? Aftermarket serpentine system?

Yes the fenders are finally in there final position. It will sit a little lower when done. It has a Must II w/dropped spindles w/V-6 springs. It looks like I might have to cut a 1/2 coil. It has a Vintage air evaporator & Allen G brackets. Not single belt.

I took the nose off to change the spindles. I went from 2" drop to stock. I only had 4" clearance.....I will now have 6". I'm using v6 spring & as I remember I cut i/2 a coil.

I found that the ball joints were so tight that I could not move the wheel w/it off the ground so the mfg is sending me new ball joints.

I also hocked up the steering.
