Re: Front spoiler
Hey Backyard88, I like that spoiler, you say you ordered it from GM Parts what is the website and part number, or a phone number, I tried GM Parts direct but couldn't find it.

Re: Front spoiler
packer: thats me 463 from Sask. the picks were copied in to this thread by BACKYARD88, thanks The spoiler is used on the 1990 - 91 chev 1/2 tons with the SS 454 or SS 350 trucks, a good gm parts man should be able to find them, the front spoilers up to a 1999 1/2 ton with a tow hook option may be close or the same. i will try to see if i can find a # for you. 463

Re: Front spoiler
if i remember i used a 1980 chev 1/2 ton head light buckets. that was in 1984 when i conceived the idea and built the truck. i know if dont like it i can always switch it back. it did take a small amount of rad suport work. the lights have a smoked cover over them. thanks 463

Re: Front spoiler
My front end is lowered 2.5 inches.....with me thinking that another inch out of the elevation is gonna be done. To add a spoiler....even the shortest one pictured.....would make it easier for me to plow up the ground in front of me, but why?
Different strokes for different folks......spoil me, but not my truck.

Re: Front spoiler
IMO black plastic looks way better than the painted fiberglass. b.p. hides front suspension without changing overall looks of the truck. new idea fab up ram air from the driving light holes.

Re: Front spoiler
If you take a spoiler from a 2000 Chevy tahoe, and flip it upside down, it fits perfectly under the front bumper and looks great. Just paint to match. I ran into a guy at Brothers truck show last year with one, and he told me that is what it was. Hope this helps.

Re: Front spoiler
The driving lights were put in back years ago when I had the truck painted the second time RED. I couldn't find a chrome bumper with them in it so I made one myself. I bought the lights at Advance Auto.
Sorry haven't been on the board for awhile.
