Spare tire hanger

Hey Guys,
I'm looking for a way to hang my spare from under the bed of my 63' stepside. Does anyone offer these? I'm running 60s, so I don't know if an original one would work. Any imput would be appreciated.

Re: Spare tire hanger

Go to the classifieds and look under one of the guys that are parting out trucks. They didn't change much over the years. They will handle a large variety of tire sizes. Your biggest problem will probably be ground clearance.

I gave up on spares and carry a cell phone and AAA card instead.

Re: Spare tire hanger

Well ground clearance shouldn't be a problem. My truck sets at stock hight. I have AAA, and a cell phone, but I've never went without a spare. I guess I could. That is a thought.

As long as your tire repair shop doesn't charge extra for cleaning it out.
