any ideas on cleaning an aluminum radiator?
anyone tell me how to clean the core of my aluminum radiator? It has plastic tanks that are removed and the core is plugged full of some kinda antifreeze goo. I have tried blowing it out with no luck.

Your flaps will have radiator flush specifically made for this. Have you tried that?

The system does not have to be charged or under pressure. A good radiator flush product with the top and bottom hose connections covered and hot water will do the trick.
