Fuel filter full of dirt.
This inline fuel filter is a semi-clear, plastic cylinder, about 3" long and 1" or so wide w/ inlet/outlet at each end. The bottom half of the thing was full of dirt, no kidding. What is this gonna do to my new money pit, I mean, truck?

It isnt dirt it is from old gas turning to varnish in your tank, I had a 68 with that problem. I took the tank and had ir coated on the inside, fixed it

Varnish!
That makes sense, the pass. tank was cut off and propane was run on this thing. Now I'm trying to get it back to gas duals, I bet when I switched the pass. tank back on I gunked up the fuel lines. I'll take it all down and check it out. Thanks.
