Anyone know this 74 C10?? Melbourne Australia
Hey,
My dads just bought this off a guy here in Australia who only recently (in the last month or 2) imported this from the states and i was interested in trying to find out a little about its history. Main reason i came here apart from the fact this seems the most logical, is that on the back it has this little image which says "East Side Low Lifes" and i noticed there was a user on here with that userid, but they dont appear to be active on here looking at their profile. So does anyone know about it or have any idea what the "East Side Low Lifes" are? Cheers, Nik More pics Last edited by jugger; 06-02-2008 at 01:56 PM. |

East Side Low Life passed away last month, but I think He was mainly into the 67-72 era trucks.
RIP ESLL

Well i dunno... i mean it probably is, but its hard to gague it here in Oz cause there arent exactly that many around.
Cost him 19k Aussie Dollars and it isnt even ready for registration yet I told my dad he paid too much for it... because now he has to put at least 4k into the air suspension setup, 2-3k on new wheels as he doesnt like those ones and reupholstering the seats and stuff to leather instead of cloth as the colour means it shows all the dirt. Also trying to convince him to do a few more things to bring the power up on the engine as its really just an all show no go engine... within reason Not too mention its actually illegal to have a car/truck on aussie roads without door handles or some type of lever on the outside to open them... so to get it on the road something has to be put in place in the mean time. That is a cool looking truck. I would guess that is some type of low rider club. might try a google looking for that logo. Good luck with the hunt.
