Exhaust parts delivered!
So I got my card in the mail last week from Summit for $30 off a $100 order and took a few hours this weekend figuring out what exhaust parts I needed for my motor transplant. A board member hooked me up with some lightly used Hedman Elite longtubes (thanks PCMcobra!) so I needed everything from there back.
I got on the Summit site yesterday afternoon about 1:30 and ordered my parts and with the discount it ended up being right at $250 which I was happy to pay. I got the regular UPS ground shipping which is anywhere between 2 and 4 days and less than 24 hours after I paid for my order the parts came rolling in the office!! Im stoked! Barring any incidentals im ready to do the swap! I got the Dynomax header back 2.25" dual exhaust kit, Hedman reducers, Summit h-pipe kit, Felpro header gaskets, Dynomax Thrush mufflers and 2 fender covers so I dont scratch my paint dropping in the motor and headers. I also got a tilt column (correct for my '80) off Ebay for $40 shipped.

Re: Exhaust parts delivered!
You know a install procedure and comments on the exhaust with pics would be great . Is the exhaust aluminized ?

Re: Exhaust parts delivered!
Im hoping to borrow a friends camera and put up an install thread with before and after sound clips. The piping is an aluminized steel header back kit from Dynomax.
