1946 chevrolet 3/4 ton rear axle

I have a 1946 Chevrolet 3/4 ton pickup. It has a Eaton rear end that has a 4.55 ring and pinion gear set. I,ve heard that you can get a 4.11 gear set for them or even 3.90 or 3.73gear set. I also heard that the 67-72 third members will interchange with my 46 model eaton rear end. And I need to know where can I get one of these gear sets.
