Re: pics of cowl hoods

My opinion is....if you are going for a hot rod or 4x4......I say go for the cowl hood....if you are going stockish or low and slow...then I think the stock hood flows better

Here's mine. It's a Goodmark. Fit and finish of it are excellent, especially for an aftermarket part. ...Joe

Re: pics of cowl hoods

I bought mine at a swap meet here in Springfield. I paid $375 for it. No shipping! If you have a big swap meet in your area like we do here I would suggest looking there. Ours is only once a year but it is huge, and worth waiting for. Gives you some time to save up for one too. ...Joe

Re: pics of cowl hoods

The shipping seems to run $150 to a residential address and $100 to a commercial address. Best if you can find one already in your area that a company or person has already eaten the shipping on.

Re: pics of cowl hoods

I dont have any pics of my hood since i'm working on painting the truck, but I got mine at one of my local body shops and he didnt charge any shipping, plus then you dont have to worry about getting damaged in shipping unless you do it yourself taking it home. The guy i deal with is great, couldnt ask for better...
