the new ride

new to this board but been on the 67-72 board for awhile. just bought a 86 GMC 3/4 ton runs good , good 350 motor, body in fairly good shape(usual rust spots, rockers, cab corners, etc. . it does need a new steering column, Q: can i swap out an 86 column for one out of a 93? just asking cause i know where there is a 93 being parted out(the seat is in my 72short bed). thanksfor any help.

Re: the new ride

I really don't think it swaps.. I think the mounting points are different. Measure them just to be sure.
