J W Rod Garage?
I am thinking of buying a Mustang II set up from this company. Has anyone here ever had dealings with them? Quality of their products?
Thanks for any input, Renegade |

Re: J W Rod Garage?
Yeah, I had one in my 53 Suburban.
But we altered it. We raised the c/m into the frame, and with 2" drop spindles, it would lay flat out using bags. Actually would push up the the lower fender and running board when laid-out. I was happy with the quaility, as was my fab guy. I bought it from Riley Automotive in CO. It was cheaper than buying direct, and I got free shipping to Ohio. Here's the burb in question. I built it, and had to sell it soon after finishing it.

Re: J W Rod Garage?
They are an authorized dealer for various aftermarket suppliers. I have bought from them when I was living in phoenix only because they have some inventory on hand, they are very honest people to do business with. But you can buy the parts directly from the fabricator cause that is where it will come from if they don't have it on hand.

Re: J W Rod Garage?
Who are the fabricators? I thought JW Rod Garage built their own Mustang II's.

Re: J W Rod Garage?
I think they build them themselves. It's Jim Weimer, hence the JW
I thought by all the paperwork, etc that they build onsite. Maybe I'm wrong
