Post cab interchange

Does anyone know if the 73 front fenders and hood are interchangeable with an 80?

Yes, '73-80 interchange.
Radiator support no in most cases...... most of the '80 model year trucks had square headlights..but you prolly already know that

I think that only the '80 Silverado came with the square headlights. The lesser trim packages had the round headlight trim like the '79 models.

73-75 76-80 and 81-87 all have little differences but are interchangeable also up to 91 for blazer and suburban
square headlights started in 81 and IMO are ugly

square lights were offered as an Rpo option as early as 79 but i have never seen one and there is no set pattern as to which 1980 came with it.MOST but not all silverados had them and i think it depended a lot on the build date as it seemed that the early 80 models all had round lights.
Too answer the question A COMPLETE 80 front will definately fit on a 73. there were subtle differences in grilles and 79-80 bezels are different as they extend further down to meet the stainless piece that goes between the parking lamps in that year.DAVE
