So many choices...
Isn't it unreal how many different ways we can mod our trucks to get to the same ride height? Is there an optimum way to achieve good handling for a 3/5 or 4/6 drop. Will the cheapest way (ie Flip kit/spindles) cause a harsh ride?
Just wonderin after reading soo many different lowering posts....

First off, spindles/flip kit is the better way to do it, and deffenatly not the cheapest.
Spindles and a-arms do the same thing, lower it without changing the suspension travel, spring rates or shocks. Springs are the cheapest way, and can be better then stock springs. shackles/hangers are cheap, and simple. Lowering leafs usually provide a better ride, but dont tow/carry as much weight. They are extremly simple to install. C-notch/flip kit is time consuming to install, and hard for the novice. Blocks can only be used to lower after a flip kit is installed, but they are simple and cheap. Airbags just plain rule, but cost mega bucks and are the most difficult to install.

Thanks for clearing it up Tom, I was really a little fuzzy on the whole topic.
