1958/59 Tire Change Hardware Kit
The tire change kit is missing from my truck. Was the kit mounted under the seat? Does anyone have any pictures of the tools and jack?
Thanks for your help. |

Re: 1958/59 Tire Change Hardware Kit
it was behind the seat in the cab corner area on the left side of the truck.
The jack was a screw type with a spinner handle. The lug wrench looked pretty much like the 70's handle Last edited by dwcsr; 01-08-2009 at 07:40 PM. |

Re: 1958/59 Tire Change Hardware Kit
I noticed it is a little tricky to perform an effective search on ebay for spare tire jacks for older trucks, and there doesn't seem to be much out there.
I will have to keep on tryin. |

Re: 1958/59 Tire Change Hardware Kit
A couple of thoughts. In the classifieds there was a guy in eastern Idaho that had a bunch of trucks he was parting out, he might have one laying around. Jim Carter has a used parts section you might check, might even make reproductions.
