Coil Springs BBC vs. SBC
OK heres the deal, I have recently completed my rolling chassis for my 72 Cheyenne Super project. I bought everything needed from ECE, and the quality was perfect. I originally thought about doing a gen. 3 swap so I bought the small block coils. I am now thinking about building my 402 BBC. My question is, is anyone running a BBC with SBC coils. Will it cause any problems? I assume about 1 1/2 inches lower but anything else I should look out for? Thanks in advance.

Re: Coil Springs BBC vs. SBC
I used a ECE 4/6 drop kit on my truck and had a 350 in it at the the time. I swapped it for a 454 and it has not caused me any problem. It did sit lower with the big block but hard to say how much (maybe an inch). I never measured it. Pics are in my build thread.
