I've heard they are not exact reproductions. The chrome trim rings do not fit them.
Post a wanted to buy thread for a console. There are a few members who restore and sell them.

sage advice, your subscription just saved ya 50 bucks. OK for a quick fix, but your truck looks better than a quick fix kinda truck

So here is my idea. It sounds corny but what if the trime doesnt fit ok. i get that but lets say everything looks good. how about a deacal set that is chrome or stainless steel colored. then you lay that in on the areas that is molded? just wondering if anyone has tried it god I sounds like a cheepskate but this interior is already at 1600$ and I havent even paid for labor yet....

Re: Im finally a paying member!! Anyone tried one of the aftermarket console?
I had purchased a new aftermarket one of Ebay because I got it for $50 plus shipping. The quality is not the same as an original. Not quite as heavy/thick, it is plastic rather than fiberglass. It does not have any of the original mounting holes etc for any of the original trim, however I think you could make all of it work. That was my plan. But I came across an original for $25 bucks in excellent shape, no cracks or holes etc. I figured it is much easier to just re-paint the original and color match to my interior than customize the aftermarket console to mount all the trim. If you pay full price for the aftermarket one, I think they are in $150 area, save your money and look for a reconditioned original which should be about the same money. I just figured I'd save some money, (read cheap), but it never works out that way in the end.

You should double that number if you are doing everything custom.
