Re: Porterbuilt Control Arms?
I had to change the game plan slightly... I was hoping to do something a little different than what's currently available, by having a trick machined ball joint plate for the upper and lower balljoints... turns out it would not be cost effective.
It won't be much longer until we all see the first few sets... I have a little more help in the shop these days.

Re: Porterbuilt Control Arms?
I've always wondered why you can buy race car arms so cheap, but the ones for these trucks are way expensive... I know the mounting holes on the cross bars are different, but seems like everthing else is the same.

Re: Porterbuilt Control Arms?
Most of the race car arms I have seen are a bit crudely made, and pretty thin walled tube. Also a hand made part is always going to cost more than something stamped out by a machine.
