I did the disc brake convert in jan. I havn't drove the truck but about 250 miles and I have not had it aligned I have been messing with the shims myself the passengerside has no shims at all the drivers side has about 1/2 inch of shims my passengerside wheel sticks out more than the other whats going on take a look at the pics.

found another problem when I put the Lower a arm back on my truck I did not align them properly how do you do that?

The lower A-Arm has a little nub on the crossmember that fits into the hole in the A arm.

As for one wheel sticking out further then the other, well thats just plain weird, they look square and everything, hard to tell from pictures, I guess it wasn't that way before you did the swap?

Is the back spacing the same on each wheel?

looks like I'll be taking the front end apart again because I didn't line up the pins on the a arms what a dumbA$$ .

The back spacing is the same.

I didn't notice the problem before because a had just the 7 in wide 6 lug wagon wheels I only noticed it after the new wheels.

I hope it has something to do with the a arm alignment.

From the looks of the first picture, your gonna need a shim on that passenger side. Your camber looks all wrong on that side.

A "bonk" on the right front corner could have shifted the rad support to the left side(cab too), depending on what the cab mounts look like.....I wouldnt sweat it too much, just take it in for alignment.......if there is a problem, the shop should find it! You might take a look, & do a little measure on the nose of the truck, to see if the rad support is centered. Good luck, crazyL
