Lowering A 72 longbed

I'd like 2-3 inches in the front and 1-2 in the back. Cheapest/Easiest ways???

you might want 2-3 back and 1-2 in the front. Springs is the cheepiest

Do I need to buy new springs? Or can i cold cut the stock ones?
