If you are selling it, remove as much of the non-stock add ons as possible. remove the bug-guard, the tool box, the bed cover, mudflaps, the fog lights... all those extras take away from the truck. make it as clean as possible for sake of selling it. Keep the bumper guards because they are factory.
it probably will cost more than it is worth to get new wheels or repaint over the stripes. Those wheels and the white walls are not too bad, it gives the truck kind of a mexican low-rider look... If you keep it, do all the above and repaint over the stripes and definitely lose that corny hood ornament.
