New to restoration
I have a 65 c10 pickup currently has an old 350 with 350 turbo trans. My friend has a 90's 454 from a suburban. will it be able to bolt onto the 350 turbo trand and go in that truck no problem, Sorry for the dumb question but i am a noobie to this thanks Chris

I used a 454 from a 86 Burb. and mated it to a T350 Transmission. I had to find a dual pattern flywheel to mate to the torque converter. everything else worked just fine.

You mite have to use an electric fuel pump if the engine is not machined for it. They changed to the Gen V engine around this time. Something to consider.

A big block is not difficult at all. There are only slight differences between the frame on your '65 and the frames from '67-'72 and the '73-'87 which all came with big blocks from the factory. There are several of us here that can help you thru any problems you may encounter.
