cup holders

Any ideas for cup holders? I remember seeing a truck that had some chrome ones mounted in the middle but dont recall where I saw it. It was a real simple design. I would love to see what some of you all have done for cup holders.

Re: cup holders

I remember seeing a set-up for the 67-72's that slid out of the dash. I think it was billet. Anyway, it was a flat plate with 1 or 2 holes and it and it pulled out and you could drop a cup in it. When you were done, it slid back in out of the way.

I have considered using some old headlite bezels for cup holders. They would work good for the 64oz quik mart cups.

Re: cup holders

This one has one mounted under the radio. It's hard to see. It's a nice piece.

Re: cup holders

Thats the one I was thinking of Alan. I think it would be fairly easy to make a low budget copy.

Re: cup holders

I'm pretty sure early classic makes a 2 cup holder that goes where the ashtray was. iirc it uese the front of your ashtray bolted to their cup holder assembly
