It's too hot for me to climb up in the shop loft and sort through my flywheels, but it seems that the pressure plate bolt holes in the flywheel have a slight bore into the flywheel before the threads start. That would give you leeway on the shoulder length somewhat.

Now that you mention it Kevin, I seem to remember that.
Green66, I was only saying if the smooth shoulder were too long it would bottom out in the threads before the clutch was tight.....

the shoulder should be the size of the blank (or slightly larger) before the threads were cut, so the bolt would bottom out at the shoulder.
I think your current bolts are probably good to go, assuming you torqued them properly
