Steering Wheel Year

I'm planning on using this steering wheel on my 63. I did but horn parts and horn cap but got the year wrong. Notice that the horn cap opening is almost rectangular.{Horn cap I bought is tappered}.

My '73 had a wheel just like that. I'm not sure how long they ran that same wheel...
