Re: 85 ext. cab

Most of them have started falling apart by now. Yours looks to be in very good condition.

One of these days I am going to find a clean one myself.

Re: 85 ext. cab

Great lookin truck! I found one in a junkyard that I'm trying to buy the cab and bed. I've got a LWB truck already. See the pics on this site. http://conversiontrucks.net/Forum/ You might want to check it out and join. I'm going back to the yard this week to check on it, it might even be crushed....... The yard would not help me at all, I've been there 3 different times with my trailer and cash to buy; still left without it

Cool truck! My '84 dually also came from Durant in Granbury, it's the same color too! It still has a Durant Chevrolet dealer emblem above the Custom Deluxe 30's on the fenders, you can't really see I'll try to get a closer pic of 'em.

interesting looks! If Chevy hadn't had the new body change in the works, they probably would have done this themselves

Re: 85 ext. cab

I agree with Ken. Most of these trucks you see aren't in that good of shape. That's a nice find.

I haven't seen the larger odometer in a mechanical one either. Are you sure it's million miles, and not hundred thousands?
