Naming the chiefs new truck

Since we are all proud of John and his new ride, we should give him some options for new names for the truck. There should only be one real CHIEF and it is legendary.

Re: Naming the chiefs new truck

I vote to call it Sammy Hagar. Because it's a replacement of the original but still sounds pretty good.

How about "Lt Col Family Heirloom" that way he keeps this one and passes it down to his kids.

Re: Naming the chiefs new truck

the suggestions are great, I have always found they name themselves. Each has it's own history and somewhat personality, gotta get to know it first. I've had my share that should have just been named s**thead. always breaking and even the easiest of repairs turn into a nightmare. I think my wifes nova should be named jealousy, every time I spend money on the truck or another car it freaks out and starts wanting attention.

Call it the captain..... I'm thinking about calling my '64 that becuase its "navy" blue..... I will admit its tough to name a truck in the state his is in.... when they are on the road is when the names come in.... at least for me anyway.

The problem with America is stupidity. I'm not saying there should be a capital punishment for stupidity, but why don't we just take the safety labels off of everything and let the problem solve itself?

The thread is clearly labeled. It's not like you didn't know what you were going to see when you clicked on it. Threads like this are off page 1 and forgotten in a matter of a few days anyway so take a few deep breaths and it will be gone by the weekend.

Thats why they give Threads a title so folks can make a decision to read them or not.

Easy there fella....This place has no room for hater comments like this...You wanna hate, throw some spokes on your truck..and move on over to LayitLow.

Actually, the threads on here are regarding not "me" but a truck. The "Chief", ooops I mean the black-primer truck with the red wheels, is working its way down the line. I posted some threads regarding the sale, the find, the score, and the pressure washing of the new truck...Big Deal ?!?!

My threads follow the rules, and are related to that of 60-66 trucks.

Now, you may very well do the same, and post as freely as you would like.

And, as a moderater, I will be keeping an eye on you...

Re: Naming the chiefs new truck

Pay him no mind he's just mad because he's not getting any spot light lol.

I would call the truck "lucky"

"lucky" for getting the money out of "the black primer truck with red wheels" lol, that you didnt want to sell but did to put your family in a better spot.

"lucky" for finding a new one so quick and at a great price and still pay off some bills.

"lucky" that you know how and what to do to build her bigger and better this time.
