Question header help again

well i found som headers that are smog legal for a 350 s/b dont know the make got them off craiggslist but the part that connects to the exhaust is way bigger than my original what do i do.

ya where the exhuast bolted to the manifold the header is like 3 in and my exhuast is way smaller

an exhaust shop will be able to weld on 3" flanges for the collector on the header. just an idea...

should not be more than $80. i had mine done at marco muffler here in town but i had them cut off the stock size flanges to mate to the shorties and ran 2 1/2 y pipe back.

how much did that cost you because im have to have them re routed because they wont conect right up

when i had mine done it was all custom from the headers back. y-pipe, high flow cat, to a 40 series duel out, all te way back 2 1/2". $650... and yea i know thats alot but if you seen the work you would understand... the only thing i didnt have them do was use stainless. live and learn!

so i dont know what the $ for just the welding of new flanges was...
