Radios

This might sound like a funny question, but how do you guys get the radio out of the dash? I have an A/C cab if that makes a diff. Going through the glove box looks like the best way. Let me know. Thanks.

Re: Radios

remove the glovebox and you will have to remove ac hoses. if its a factory radio you might have the bracket on the back of the unit that you will have to remove. biggest pain for me was getting the glovebox out and in without destroying it

Re: Radios

I thought it was easier to remove the ashtray and drop the heater controls down. The strap on the back of the radio is a pain.
