1966 Chevy 4X4 Help
I just purchased an original 1966 Chevy short bed fleetside small back window 4X4 with a 6cyl stick. Can any one tell me if there is a breakdown on production figures for these trucks? I also want to find original hub caps for this but don't know what they look like. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks, Jim |

Re: 1966 Chevy 4X4 Help
Accoriding to the Chevrolet Pickup Red Book, there was 678 4WD shortbed fleetsides built, compared to 57,386 2WD shortbed fleetsides built in 1966. Chevrolet did not install hubcaps on 64-66 4WD's, but the dealership could always install them as an acccesory on rear, with slight modification to the fronts. Most Chevy truck parts vendors should have them in their reproduction catalogs.
