69 and 72 frame?

i am starting to rebuild my truck since the incident with the man hole cover. i was wondering if the 69 frame and the 72 frame were the same? it is a half ton long wheel base, tried searching for info but is a difficult topic to single out. thanks again, any help would be appreciated.

Building a small, high rpm engine with the perfect bore, stroke and rod ratio is very impressive.

Cubic inches is like Indiana Jones with a cheap pistol.
