56 on an 80 Chassis
I just acquired a 56 Chevy shortbed stepside on trade and it's sitting on an 80 shorty chassis. It's not bolted down or anything just been resting on the chassis since 1986. Has anyone did this kind of mounting before and what can I expect once I get into it? The plans are to lower it, drop the 350 from my 72 into it and paint the doors as a shop truck. I'll post up some pictures once I have a few minutes
