Options for steering on '59 Apache

My project is to mount a '59 Apache onto a 76 4wd Blazer. Starting mock up and have a little problem with where the steering box mounts. Not in line with hole in firewall, and on the outside of the inner fender well. Advise on options?

Look for OrieG's build, he has pictures of his set up. I've also got a different one on mine, the box is inside the frame rail.
