67-72 boxed frames pictures????
Can I have some advice and pictures on how to box a 67-72 frame. I'm planning on swapping out my 383 smallblock for a modified (eventually) 12valve Cummins diesel. I love my 383, but I'm looking for more mileage (I drive this truck 5 days a week). with a modified cummins motor, an overdrive transmission and 3.08 gears I should be getting at least 20mpg and just as fast as the 383 was............not to mention the priceless look on people's faces when I tell 'em its got a Cummins motor.

Re: 67-72 boxed frames pictures????
Well I would box the area directly in front of the motor and then a little ways behind the motor. Look at it this way. SEMI's have a c channel frame because if it were boxed the torque from the motor would tear the thing apart. Maybe from rad support mount to front cab mount.
