A flip kit mounts the rear axle on top of the spring pack instead of underneath on a leaf spring vehicle.A quick search should get you all the detail you need.

OK I DID THE FLIP
AXLE IS ON TOP OF SPRINGS IT DROOPED 9 INCHES WELL THATS A LITTLE TO LOW FOR ME WILL AIR SHOCKS GIVE ME ABOUT THREE INCH LIFT AND A DECENT RIDE OR SHOULD I GO WITH BIGGER LEAF SRINGS SHACKLES DIDN'T GO LOW ENOUGH AND THE FLIP WENT TO LOW |

It sounds like your rear springs are too soft or maybe some leaves have been removed.
You do not want to use airshocks to raise it back up. They will give a very rough ride.
