Re: 54 gmc triangular 4 link
Hey Kid thanks for the info and the picts. I bought a 54 gmc to build with my 12 year old son for his 1st vehicle. That gives me about 4 years to complete it. Hopefully i get it done alittle earlier so i can break it in for him. I only hope that it turns out as nice as yours. We just finished putting on a nova subframe on the front and now moving to the rear. I have trouble posting picts. as soon as i figure it out i will put some up. Anyways thanks again.

Re: 54 gmc triangular 4 link
Its a 1975 nova frontend. Which is the same as the camaro. Ive been told that they are to wide but i couldnt afford the the higher priced frontend kits. and i picked up the whole nova front sub frame for $100.00. i have 15x7 standard camaro rims on it now and they tuck all the way inside the fenders with about and inch to spare. i actually found a couple of guys on this site that had some install picts i went off of. I have a ton of pictures of the install but i cant get them to download for some reason. as soon as i figure it out i will post them. If you want i can send them to you in a email. Troy.

Re: 54 gmc triangular 4 link
Troy, It's good to see another GMC/son build. I'm sure your boy will learn a lot, and appreciate all the work hard work your putting in. Your work looks outstanding. Good luck, I wish you the best.

Re: 54 gmc triangular 4 link
Hey thanks man. I really appreciate it. Ya he really digs working on it. I think im gonna try and teach him to weld next. I just get nervous about him doin the dangerous stuff like cutting with a grinder and cutting wheel so he has been wanting me to hurry with the frame work so he can help more.
