Wireing Diagram 1977 Gmc Sierra Classic

Hi, Does any one know where I can get wiring diagram for a 1977 GMC sierra class 1500. A second question for a 1977 step side did the license plate originally come on the driver side under the tail light?
Thanks

Here's another place to get year specific wire diagrams and repair procedures;

Open this LINK and follow these instructions;

When it opens click on "Online Databases". Then scroll down to "Chiltons Libary" and click, This screen will ask "Please enter your library ID, barcode, or other ID:" Leave this box blank and click "Proceed". You can now enter your vehicle info to pull up repair procedures and electrical diagrams.
