 I got directly from the dealer. <$100 too!! Made in Taiwan though  Took just a little trimming to get it to fit right. Looks very nice.

Both LMC and ChevyDuty has them. Make sure you order the right one for your model year. I believe they have 3 different ones. Check with Mike's site, he bought some polished ones from another supplier, but I forgot the name.
