Exclamation need help with window replacement!!!

ok, well some idiot just smashed my driver side vent window in an attempt to steal my 1990 alpine cd player lol...... (i dont have anything worth stealing).
i was going to purchase a new glass for 55 bucks installed when i relized that the frame itself should really be replaced also because its super rusty/corroded!!!
i found a pair of used vent windows in good condition for only $35.00 for the pair !!!!!!! but they are for a 1987 chevy blazer.
my question is : is a vent window for an 87 blazer an exact match for an 86 chevy c10 shortbed?????
please help, i dont want to make the 30 mile drive for nothing!!!!!

Re: need help with window replacement!!!

sorry to hear that, but hey, when that happend to me, i just went out and bout some plexiglass, i just cut it to size and tinted it to match the rest of my windows. it also makes it harder for the thiefs, cuz it doesnt break as easy.

but 35$ for the pair sound like a good deal, go for it.

Re: need help with window replacement!!!

just make sure that you check the vent window locks on them that they are not bent or loose... thats cheap for a good pair of those
