Cab Bushings

Anyone know if the bushings for 67-72 trucks will work on my 64? I have a set of energy bushings brand new in the box from my old 67 and was hoping they would fit. I know they're different part numbers, but how different could they possibly be? Just the regular old 1/2 ton 2wd. Thanks

Re: Cab Bushings

I don't know, I have been looking for some and cab mounts for the later years are cheaper... Anyone know if they would work?

Re: Cab Bushings

The only differance I know is that the holes in the frame mounts are smaller on the 60-66 they are just under 1.1/4 the later years like 1.1/2" you would have to enlarge the hole to get the bushing to sit correct in the hole, The rubber donuts are the same height. Think you will have to change two bolts cause i think the 60-66 are shorter a little bit.

Re: Cab Bushings

Thats not even a big deal at all. Great! Now that you mention it, the holes do seem a little smaller..
