Shave gas filler doors

Does anyone know where u can find like a patch panel for the square style gas filler doors for a 86 fleetside? cause im converting from my side saddle tank to an aluminum tank that mounts behind my rearend and wanted a cleaner look for the bedsides by having the doors shaved

That one should be easy to make, or start by welding the door shut first. I can cut you out one if you need it, and don't find one. Check in the vendor section.

I have heard of people welding it shut then making a filler for the recessed area. I have seen some people unfold the sides of the door to fill the gap better also.
