08 silverado question
my cousin has an 08 tx edition 1500 5.3 crew cab. truck runs great but we are looking for things we can do to the truck for a good bang for the buck. truck has a superchip tuner a flowmaster, k&n filter and a de-screened maf. he bought the truck new in 08 with 12 miles on it i think. truck has 125000 now so we are not worried about messing up the warranty. we are already looking for a set of flex fuel injectors and we are both against nitrous, atleast until he has the money for lg motorsports here in wylie to strengthen up the bottom end and put in lower compression pistons and a blower. by the way we are already on the look out for a decent priced set of headers and x pipe and a cold air, what other mods would be good bang for the buck?
first truck was old truck, second truck is the one he upgraded to as it looked about eight months ago, gotta get a new picture as it sits now
