71 Blazer 4x4 stock 350 , T350 , NP205 want to swap in Vortec 7400 (454) Questions...

Ok i have a 71 Blazer 4x4 stock 350 , T350 , NP205 want to swap in Vortec 7400 (454), Asc far as i know and what i have read the 454 will bolt to the T350 fine .. ? right ? haha thats my only concern at the moment because i believe the mounts and everything should be about the same since Vortec or not its just a revised 454. And i know that the suburbans came with a 454 and i believe had a T350 behind them, I may upgrade the trans later but i just want to know if i will have any Bolt up issues taking out the stock 5.7 350 and replacing it with the 454. Your 454 will bolt the th350 just fine. I would look into a diy4x motor mount and tell him your running a big block. Kert will hook you up with a motor mount that will raise the motor a little to clear that crossmember. Your also probably looking a little firewall hacking. The blazer doesn't have room for the big block so your going to need to make room! a body lift helps.

Ahh thank you for the input and after all night if looking things up and cost effectiveness And what not I think i will just go with the Vortec 5700 since i prob dont need all that massive power and weight right now, It was a idea but i think i will be just fine with the Vortec 5700 (350) it should do everything i want it to do haha and have Fuel Injection
