I would say it is probably worth the asking price, especially if all the body panels are included... a lot of work is already done for you!

Depending on what your time is worth to you, and the enjoyment you draw from actually tearing down and rebuilding the chassis, I'd say it's worth the price if all the components are what is stated. You'll likely find yourself missing some parts later...bolts, brackets, bushings, wiring, etc, as everything torn down doesn't always make it into neat boxes and bags. But I still think that which has been done is worth the asking price, especially considering he seems to have done things right. That cab work might turn out to be hellish, though...take a good look at the work required to fix the cab.
