Removing headliner bows

I'm starting to work on parting out the 72 suburban I just got for the suspension. I was going to remove the headline bows. I started on them, but don't really know how they come out, and don't want to bend them up trying to remove them.

Any suggestions?

Yes, the screws are hidden under the chrome trim pieces.
