I don't believe Chevy made a 5x5 bolt pattern for a car. The style is from the Tri-5 shoebox Chevy's. Thanks for the compliments.

The body side moulding was a last minute thing. We tried to get him to leave it off. He had to have it on the truck. He actually had a line taped to the truck but somehow it didn't come out right. To see it in person, you really can't tell that it's off line. The stance on the truck really fit with the muscle truck theme he wanted. Stock appearance, low, mean stance and that unmistakable Chevy sound.

Re: What do you think...

Truck looks really good. I'm just not a fan of the 81-82 grilles. I dont like the 81-82 bumpers either but the grilles just kill it for me. Nice job though, really nice.

Re: What do you think...

Thanks for all the compliments guys. The wheels were from a local wheel dealer in Greensboro NC. They are vette rallyes/ trim rings and camaro center caps. I've tried to get him to change the grille and bumper since we've finished it. But he is set on the 82 front end since its an 82. Unfortunatley the truck has seen some wear since those pics. It's a driver (though rarely driven) and has door dings, scratches with other minor things. Believe me it hurts to see it when I know how much work went into it.

I really kind of dig the 82 grill in it. Yeah it's not my favorite, but how many trucks do you see running that grill after they fix them up?

Re: What do you think...

Thanks for the compliments. I will pass them along to him. In person the grille doesn't look that bad. I think it would look better with the 85-87 grille and bumper. jmo
