NEED A LITTLE ADVICE Plz/electric fan
Hi Guys
Im thinking of going with an electric fan What im wanting to know is what one to buy I have a stock radiator and my motor is a 400 Hp 383 I was told that you can go to a junk yard and get a fan from a Ford taurus and that will work Iam on a budget so I kind of wanting to keep the cost down ,So if any of you can give me a little advice on what to do here I would be grateful I also need to know size to get ect THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH ALL OF YOU Jeff Main |

The F*^d Taurus dual electric fan is awesome and will cool the heck out of your engine. As much as I hate to say it I dont beleive there is a GM electric fan that works as well and is as QUIET. I would put a Taurus electric fan on mine if I needed an electric fan.

The one you want is Taurus Fan 3.8L... 4500CFM airflow, 3-wire hookup, 2-speeds (high/low). Dimensions are 17" Tall, 22" Wide, & 5" Deep. This thing will cool anything. I had one on a Jeep with a 350TPI I ran in the woods. Never a problem. 1985 (I think) -1995 Models.
