Newbie from TN
Newbie here from Chattanooga TN I just purchased a 71'burb with no motor and tranny, cowl hood later model seats and and some sort of grey cloth interior inserts. It has been lowered with rally wheels under it. As my son says its "faded black".
The Plan: A retro Rat rod kinda thing Paint it satin black (matches the race car) change the grille to a GMC. Paint the wheels and run either bullets or baby moons. Drop in a 5.3 with a 4L60. Upgrade the interior and wiring. The goal the 2011 HotRod Power Tour, drive it everyday, tow the race car. Let me say I have already done a ton of research so thanks to all of you for your hard work and posting it on this great forum. Im sure I will have questions. Racersd2 |
